Bread making and Cheesemaking Courses in the Peak District

Since Chris and I started the School of Food in Bakewell in January this year our two most popular courses have been Bread making and Cheesemaking and with the festive season fast approaching we now have just 3 bread making courses and 1 cheesemaking courses before Christmas.

One of the courses is completely sold out and just a few places remain on the other three courses:

Thursday 8 November - Intro to Artisan Bread making Courses - SOLD OUT
Saturday 11 November - Intro to Artisan Bread making Courses - 2 PLACES LEFT
Tuesday 13 November - Intro to Artisan Cheesemaking Courses - 4 PLACES LEFT
Sunday 2 December - Intro to Artisan Bread making Courses - 6 PLACES LEFT

If you are a complete novice or are a regular breadmaker but are looking to improve your breadmaking skills these bread making courses are for you!

And as the saying goes "man cannot live by bread alone"........ so why not learn how to make cheese?

The cheesemaking course is taken by Chris Ashby, who has over 40 years experience in the Industry and delivers the same course for Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall at River Cottage. This course is ideal for people who are simply curious about cheesemaking as well as people considering making cheese on a small scale.

All four courses are likely to sell out quickly so if you are interested don't hesitate or you're likely to miss out!
