Want real honey - ask Beryl

The great thing about being involved with artisan food producers is that they are all such interesting and lovely people. I don't know why. Maybe somebody could do some research about it. Perhaps it's because they actually like what they are doing.

Lets face it, how many people who do the 9 to 5 routine can say that!

I've just been speaking to Peter from Real Honey Apiaries

Peter's retired but is absolutely passionate about his bees and his honey. It turns out he also has a website. I couldn't find it at first but its actually called Who is Beryl. Why Beryl? you may ask.

Well........Beryl was the Queen Bee at their first ever Hive. How fantastic. Beryl's brood is now producing Real Honey Apiaries prize winning honey.

If you want to find out what Beryl's up to these days......come along to our Spring Food Fair at Baslow nr Chatsworth on the 2nd & 3rd of April.
