Gluten Free Baking Course with Howard Middleton

Gluten free baking can be tricky because you have to learn how to bake with flours that are made from non-wheat based flours.  This flours have very different characteristics and choosing the right flour combination whether it's tapioca or potato or rice flour for the right baking purpose is part of the skill.

Howard Middleton a contestant in the most recent series of the Great British Bake Off (GBBO) is passionate about his baking.  His particular interest lies in baking with gluten free flours.  Howard amazed the Great British Bake Off judges with his gluten free coconut and passion fruit cake on the GBBO.

Howard has developed with Hartingtons of Bakewell a course that will teach people who love baking and are either coeliac or have a gluten intolerance how they can bake a range of 'show stopping' bakes (including bread) without the gluten.
