Great news!! Our Food Fair at Baslow next door to Chatsworth House is now nearly full.
We have a fantastic array of stallholders on Sat 2nd and Sun 3rd April 2011 so why not come along, meet the following local food heroes and stock up with some of their wonderful wares:

Personally Yours, artisan chocolatier, selling chocolates for Mothers Day and a large range of Easter Eggs and gifts

Delishas - home made red pepper relish
Scotts Garden - organic vegetables
Welbeck Bakehouse - artisan bread baked in a wood fired oven
Marcos Zerboni at Taste - Italian Deli selling Italian sweet and savoury treats
Hassop Station Cafe - a great cafe close to the Monsal Trail
Heavenly Cheesecakes - delicious hand made cheesecakes
MKS - wide range of turkish delight, dried fruits and nuts, baklava and other mediterranean treats
Hi Life Dining Card - a card giving discounts at local restaurants
And on the forecourt in front of the Hall to get your tastebuds going we have:
Double Dutch Pancakes - selling a wide range of delicious savoury and sweet pancakes
Roney's - local renowned butcher selling a wide range of hot food - roast meat sandwiches, home cured bacon sandwiches and gourmet sausages.
The event which is taking place at Baslow Village Hall is open from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. each day. There is a large pay and display car park next to the hall and for those using public transport regular buses from Sheffield, Chesterfield and various Peak District villages stop right outside the venue.
There will be lots of gift ideas for Mothers Day and with Easter only 3 weeks away there will be Easter Eggs, Simnel cakes and other Easter goodies!!
We have a number of special events to celebrate Mothers Day on Sunday so why not treat Mum to something different.
