To celebrate Shrove Tuesday on 21st February Hartingtons will be holding a pancake masterclass under the expert guidance of chef Frank Boddy.The course will not only show you how to make traditional pancakes and toss them correctly......but you will also learn how to make canape size blinis, flambe crepes suzette, perfect American style pancakes and also make a delicious savoury pancake supper dish.
The event promises to be a great deal of fun....and at the end of the day you will have a selection of your own pancake creations to take home and enjoy on Shrove Tuesday!
