It's no secret. I'm a bit of a chocoholic. I love real dark chocolate not the sweet stuff that we are brought up on in this country. Imagine my joy when we were contacted by a true artisan chocolatier wanting to come to our Bank Holiday Food Fair in Baslow on the 28th August.Shelly Preston is a fine chocolatier with a boutique next to the Welbeck Farm Shop on the Welbeck Estate. I've posted a picture of some of her creations. Even better she is going to do 12 hour hot chocolate at our Baslow Food Fair nr Chatsworth. So chocoholics you know where to come on the 28th August.
