Courgette crisps, Flax crackers with Italian seasoning, Herb salad, and Mediterranean dolmas and if you like watermelon, she'll be whizzing up fresh, thirst quenching glasses of juice, too.

Lorna from Heavenlies will be cooking up feta and olive scones and an almond and praline cake to add to her usual array of tasty delights.

Lee Capille will be cooking authentic chicken and chorizo paella, which will be available on the forecourt all day.

Serpil from A Taste of Anatolia will have baklava, borek, ajuka and rice dolma in her wide selection of Turkish fare.

Oliviccio will have meze, tzatsiki, harissa, stuffed olives and a wide range of Mediterranean snacks.
